These terms govern your use of Iconia. By creating an account or using the gateway, you agree to them.
Iconia provides a gateway that injects memory, screens requests, and caches repeated meaning between your application and an AI model provider. Availability targets and SLAs, where offered, are specified in your plan or Enterprise agreement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and account credentials. Rotate a key immediately if you believe it is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your keys.
Paid plans include a monthly request allowance; usage beyond it is billed pay-as-you-go at your tier's rate. Plans renew until cancelled. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions. Cancellation stops future billing and returns your account to an unpaid state.
You may not use Iconia to:
We may suspend accounts that threaten the platform or other tenants.
You retain ownership of the memory and content you store. You grant Iconia the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" except where an Enterprise agreement states otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, Iconia's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding period.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
